Makes both classical and steel-string guitars (but not many of either) and an occasional mandolin or Irish bouzouki , which is what he calls a mandolin on steroids. When he worked for pay, it was as a writer and editor. Dividing time now between Block Island off the RI coast, and Mystic CT, where winters are more tolerable.
