Eight-year GAL member Rob Edelstein is a urologist by profession. Raised in the Pacific Northwest and transplanted to New England, he has been building instruments in his spare time for the past ten years. He recently completed a long-scale mandola, although he was trying to build a short-scale octave mandolin.
